As President of Tracsis US, Chris has been integral to transitioning RailComm to Tracsis US, whilst also growing the team and introducing innovative rail solutions to the US railroad market. Chris brings a wealth of experience to Tracsis US, having previously held positions as Operations Director at MPEC Technology and Managing Director of the Traffic Data business unit at Tracsis. Leading the focus on the company values of Engagement, Reliability and Innovation, Chris is ideally placed to continue to scale the Tracsis US business.

Mark oversees the day-to-day operations including Project Management and Delivery, Finance, Accounting, Information Technologies, and Administration. Mark has over 30 years of experience in leading global teams and managing multi-million dollar portfolios of international projects. Prior to joining Tracsis, Mark held senior management positions within multiple organizations, including Ansaldo STS, Expert Choice, and Hughes Automation. Mark earned an M.B.A. from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Andy oversees the research, development and integration of Tracsis solutions for the North American rail markets. With over 30 years of experience in the rail industry, Andy has been key in the development of Tracsis software and hardware solutions. Prior to his role as Chief of Technology at Tracsis US, Andy held numerous technical and management positions at RailComm, Alstom, and General Railway Signal. Andy earned an M.S. in Software Development and Management and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Vice President of Rail and Transit

Marcelo Bravo, the new Vice President of Rail and Transit at Tracsis, brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight, positioning Tracsis for sustained growth in the global rail and transit sector. In his role, he will be instrumental in building market presence for Tracsis products, including Computer Aided Dispatch, Yard Automation and Remote Condition Monitoring in North America and beyond. Critical to undertaking market analysis and development for Tracsis products, also including operations, planning, ticketing, and safety solutions, Marcelo is joining the business at an exciting time and will work collaboratively with the Tracsis UK team, supporting long-term success.

Vice President Sales – Freight

Matt Keepman, Vice President of Sales-Freight at Tracsis will be solidifying the Company's commercial focus on driving growth at the Class I and Short Line railroads. Matt will be tasked with helping to craft a go-to-market strategy as Tracsis expands its offerings in North America and beyond. Keepman brings over two decades of experience in managing strategic accounts within the North American rail industry. Most recently he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Duos Technologies. Previously Keepman served as Key Account Executive for Wabtec Corporation where he led the commercial team for the Canadian Pacific Railway across all of Wabtec's business segments. Matt is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.

Winston Jimenez is an accomplished Vice President of Engineering with over two decades of expertise in software engineering, IT systems implementation, and technology infrastructure. A PMP-certified executive, Winston has a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex engineering initiatives, including global projects in rail yard automation, rail dispatching systems, and critical regulatory and financial infrastructure implementations. His leadership is characterized by a hands-on, collaborative approach, ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives. With a background that includes technical roles at Rockwell Collins and nearly a decade of leadership at Tracsis US, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a proven ability to bridge technology and business strategy. At Tracsis US, Winston continues to drive strategic innovation and operational excellence. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and an MBA, he effectively integrates technical knowledge with business acumen.
